Carrick House Nursing Home in Harrow has a bright, airy, homely atmosphere and is set in a quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of Northwick Park. Carrick House supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs, including post-operative convalescence care.

Carrick House emphasises on respecting individual wishes and contentment of each and every resident through first class nursing care provided by our dedicated team. All the residents at Carrick House have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Carrick House including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Carrick House is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

At Carrick House, the cost per week will depend upon a Care Needs Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. We are also are able to accept residents who are receiving Continuing Healthcare funding. To find out our current availability, please give us a call to speak with our team.
