Campsie View Care Home in Glasgow

We are situated in a quiet area of Kirkintilloch which is well known as the Canal Capital of Scotland. We have a pleasant outlook and view of the Campsie Hills and we're a short walk from local parks and the town centre. We have two enclosed gardens which the residents enjoy in the summer months. Residents are encouraged to participate in gardening.

We offer individual person-centred care to our residents with complex needs. The home allows for three respite care places at any one time with qualified nursing staff available at all times to supervise care delivered by well-trained care assistants around the clock.

We are presently undergoing a refurbishment programme which will enhance the environment for the residents, this includes a sensory room. Residents have chosen the colours for corridors and bedrooms and are encouraged to personalise their rooms. All rooms have en-suites, TVs and great safety features. Personal telephones can be provided in bedrooms on request.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Campsie View. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Providing exemplary dementia, respite and end of life care, Campsie View nursing home is able to accept residents who have been awarded the Scottish equivalent of Continuing Healthcare Funding. Weekly costs are dependant upon a person's' level of care needs and will be determined by a Care Assessment carried out by the Home Manager.
