At Ultra Care Health Professionals, we are dedicated to empowering individuals across South Wales to lead comfortable and fulfilling lives in their own homes. Our goal is to work closely with each individual and their family to overcome any obstacles that may affect their ability to live safely and happily in familiar environments.

Since 2018, our dedicated team has been providing compassionate, client-focused live-in care, all of which is overseen by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). We prioritise promoting independence, dignity, and well-being throughout Gwent, Newport, and the wider South Wales area. We take great pride in offering both private and state-funded care options, with each service customised to meet the specific needs of every client we assist.

Our expertise encompasses a wide range of live-in care services, including domiciliary care, condition-specific support, live-in care, respite care, personal care, and emergency care. Our compassionate and well-trained professionals are available to help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. Additionally, we are committed to providing specialised support for complex conditions, including dementia, Parkinson's disease, learning disabilities, and mental health issues.

Our emergency care services are thoughtfully designed for those who require immediate assistance during unexpected situations, such as after an accident, sudden illness, or hospital discharge. Your well-being is our top priority. We also provide condition-led care tailored to assist with the management of complex health situations, particularly for individuals with long-term medical needs.

Once we conduct a care needs assessment, we will work on matching you with a Carer. It is essential for you to be involved in this process so you feel comfortable with your selected Carer living alongside you in your home. From our perspective, the Carer will need their own room and access to shared living areas. To ensure your Carer is well-rested, we will arrange for a certain amount of downtime each day for them to take a break.
