The Good Care Group

The Good Care Group is a professional provider of high quality, award-winning home care services that enable older people to stay safely and happily at home for as long as possible with choice and independence, whilst dramatically enhancing overall wellbeing and quality of life. We provide a range of highly personalised home care services, including 24 hours live-in care, day care (in London only) and respite service, for those family carers who require a much-needed break from caring for a loved one.

Our expertly trained professional carers provide a range of personalised services in your home, everything from companionship, personal care, domestic support, cooking, lifestyle and social activities through to the management and support of specialist conditions. We also care and support those living with MS and Motor Neurone Disease, as well as those recovering from a stroke or post-operative rehabilitation or those needing a palliative care programme.

All our carers are employed by us - we are not an introduction agency, which means you can be assured of high quality, continuous care delivered by an expert carer with whom you can build a long term relationship. The service you receive is fully managed by an expert dedicated regional care team, which means you and our carer have access to unrivalled support and expertise, any time providing total peace of mind, for everyone.

We specialise in the care of conditions and have won an industry award for innovative delivery of dementia care at home, using the ground-breaking SPECIAL method that enables an individual to live well with dementia and maintain quality of life. Carers have experience in dementia care and are all highly-trained by us, with input from leading dementia charities to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively support and manage their client's needs.

The Good Care Group base their weekly fees on the level of care requirements the individual has which will be determined by a Care Assessment, carried out by a member of our team. Fees start from £1,458 per week. We may be able to accept Local Authority funded clients but we recommend that you give us a call to discuss in further depth.
