We are CQC registered for the Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury, (TDDI) a specialist registration held by only a small number of providers in the region. This means families can trust us to safely support people with complex clinical needs at home, including PEG feeding and nutritional support, stoma and catheter care, spinal injury and acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease, complex medication management and palliative and end of life care.

Our carers are fully trained, competency assessed and supported by strong clinical governance. This gives families reassurance that every aspect of care is delivered safely, professionally and with dignity. Live-in care provides continuous, consistent support from a dedicated professional who learns the individual’s routines, preferences and ways of communicating. This approach allows people to remain in familiar surroundings with the comfort of round-the-clock assistance tailored to their needs.
