Bayview Healthcare supports individuals to continue living within their own homes. Our care packages are completely personalised to your requirements and are designed with as much or as little input from yourself and your family members as you choose.

The most common services requested of our trained healthcare professional are assistance with the following:

The frequency of our visits depends on the level of care and support you require, our visits are normally scheduled so our carers can assist you with very specific parts of the day. For example, if you would like assistance with washing & dressing your care call will be arranged for the time you like to get up. If you are just looking for companionship calls, these can be arranged at a time to suit you.

Our trained healthcare professionals have experience in caring for a wide range of complex healthcare conditions, including: dementia, reablement, mental health and learning disabilities.

Bayview Healthcare hourly rate for home care will depend upon the complexity of the individuals care requirements. We may be able to accept clients who are funded by their Local Authority but we recommend giving us a call to discuss further.
