Situated in a pleasant residential area, Woodlands Care Centre is purpose-built and carefully designed to support our residents to live happy, fulfilled and comfortable lives.
Located over three floors, our home includes light and airy, open plan lounges/diners as well as spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of communal spaces such as our café and hair salon. Our landscaped gardens are designed to be a welcoming place for people to relax on one of the patios complete with outdoor furniture, or to enjoy a spot of light gardening in the greenhouse and raised flower beds.
Our team and residents love regular day trips out in our own minibus to local garden centres, pubs, Hunstanton seaside for fish and chips and ice cream, and local places of interest such as Ely Cathedral. We also enjoy getting dressed up for our themed days throughout the year — complete with themed menus and decorations!
We are proud of the high quality of our meals here at Woodlands Care Centre that are carefully designed to be enjoyable whilst providing balanced nutrition to our residents. They are lovingly cooked and prepared by our in-house catering team and follow the seasons. Regularly rotating menus ensure we always have meals which cater to our residents’ likes and dislikes, including those who require modified or specialist diets.
