The Glen Care Home

The Glen Care Home in Morecambe is conveniently located near the beautiful landscape of Morecambe Bay, close to the beach and the lake district. We provide person-centred support to people with residential, dementia, nursing, respite and palliative care.

Our purpose-built care home has 70 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suites, and we encourage our residents to customise their rooms to their hearts' content. Many of our residents like to bring personal belongings such as photo frames for the walls or even their favourite chair!

The Glen has a daily activities schedule with a wide range of lifestyle activities tailored to residents' likes and interests. Our Activities Team organise sing-alongs, quizzes, arts & crafts, hoopla, baking, movie nights, animal therapy and much more!
We are always open to our residents' suggestions for new activities.

Excellent nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. The Glen is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
