St Mary's Care Home

St Mary’s is a well-established home, welcoming residents with a range of residential and nursing care needs. That includes those living with Huntington’s, Parkinson’s or a learning disability. The flexible team of professionals can support both long and short-term care needs as well as tailoring round-the-clock provision solutions to include palliative and convalescence care.

St Mary's is predominantly a nursing home but can support people with dementia providing they are immobile.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at St Mary's Care Home including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. St Mary's Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

Here at St Mary's Care Home we offer a wide and varied daily activities programme which changes to make the most of the Great British seasons! Daily activities are planned for both morning and afternoon which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.
