Rowles House

Rowles House is situated in a pleasant residential area, about 2.5 miles from Luton town centre, with a large driveway.

Public and private transport services are available to residents who wish to go out locally. Rowles House has split level accommodation on 2 floors with a lift shaft to access each floor. There are 2 dining areas and 2 lounge areas offering a choice for each resident. At the rear of the home, there is a lovely garden that has wheelchair access from the home.

All bedrooms come furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, dressing table or set of drawers, bedside locker, and side lamp, curtains, a sink (3 with an ensuite toilet) and an armchair. All residents have the choice of having a commode in their room and an additional chair and table if requested. We aim to provide a safe, warm homely environment for older persons in our care, ensuring that they continue to retain their own measure of independence allowing them to live with dignity by upgrading their quality of life by promoting equal opportunity and providing special care to the physically frail and mentally confused persons who are unable to live at home or with their families.

A unique feature of Rowles House is the high level of activities providing classes for arts, crafts and indoor entertainment activities. A particular speciality is providing reminiscence classes that are popular with our residents and relatives. We believe strongly at Rowles House that the resident decides how they will spend their time.
