Hunters Creek Care Home in Boston offers residential, nursing and dementia care for 91 residents in a warm and caring setting. We are ideally located, being on the main A16 London Road.
For our residents with dementia, it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and help them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.
Good nutrition and hydration are an imperative part of staying well as we grow older. Hunters Creek is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
We support our residents to participate in our daily activities programme created by our Activities Coordinator at Hunters Creek Care Home. Activities are tailored to the personal interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
