Fountains Care Home

Fountains, our stunning new care home in Solihull, is now open!. Our home has been specifically designed with residents in mind, and provide high-quality residential care, and care for individuals living with dementia in a dedicated environment.

The home has a modern, light design and features a cinema, a private dining space, communal spa baths, adapted cutlery and a personalised activities programme. It is set in stunning landscaped gardens with sensory facilities and low-risk walkways to accommodate individuals with dementia, raised beds to encourage residents to enjoy the outdoor space and a rooftop terrace to relax and unwind in the finer weather.

Our chef provides nutritious and delicious food served in beautiful surroundings, and our own minibus offers excursions as part of a person-centred activities programme. The home is a community hub to connect residents to their neighbours and to promote inclusion and involvement for everyone nearby.

Fountains is a home from home experience, where residents' needs are met with love, respect and consideration, with the focus being on what our residents 'can do' and empowering people to retain their independence.
