Edgehill Care Home in Swindon provides residential, respite, palliative, dementia and serious mental health care. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.
Before becoming a resident at Edgehill Care Home our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Edgehill Care Home including lounges, the dining room and our lovely enclosed and secure garden. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Edgehill Care Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.
