At Beaufort Grange we recognize the importance of individuality in all our residents and anyone else who visits our home. Each and every day the home is a fun place to be because we believe in laughter, the community and making the most of life. Our special services include a beautician, physiotherapist, dietitian, life coach and occupational therapists. All of these services help to enrich the lives of residents.

Across the road we have a primary school where we have strong links and host joint activities such as fundraising competitions for cancer, festive parties and Easter egg hunts.

At Beaufort Grange we have community coffee afternoons, music and art therapy and we even take some of our residents outside to play hockey and racket sports with professional sports equipment. Finally we have a cinema and therapy room for specialized activities!

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Beaufort Grange is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

Please do give us a ring to organise coming to see Beaufort Grange and to meet our Home Manager. We would be delighted to spend time finding out about yours or your loved ones care needs and share information on the care we provide.
