46 West Allington is set in good sized grounds with parking for both staff and visitors alike. It is within easy walking distance of Bridport town centre, which has twice-weekly markets throughout the year.

The house has 7 single bedrooms and tenants are encouraged to bring their own furniture for their room if they want. There is a separate dining room and lounge plus huge kitchen, which is divided into three separate areas, each of which has all the facilities required to prepare and make meals individually or to share. A quiet room is also available for times when it is required and as somewhere to take family and visitors that is away from the hub of the house. Outside there is an attractive patio and spacious garden.
