Sycamore Lodge Nursing Home located in Acton, London supports 77 residents with nursing, dementia and convalescent care. The home is spread over 3 floors with lift access and bedrooms are arranged into three streets of 15 and two streets of 16.
All residents at Sycamore Lodge have their own bedroom with en-suite facilities which they are welcomed to make their own. We can assist with decorating & moving personal belongings into resident' bedrooms to make them as homely as possible. Each of the five 'streets' has its own shared areas including a dining room, lounge, kitchen and activities room.
Before becoming a resident at Sycamore Lodge, our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
