Mandy Peen - our Registered Manager with 25 years of experience - leads and manages a highly skilled and dedicated team comprising registered general nurses, mental health trained nurses and carers who have a holistic approach to care.
Our key objective at Sunhill Court Nursing Home is to encourage our residents to live as full and independent life as possible whilst receiving the very highest standard of care. All our care staff are dedicated to promote and maintain the current level of physical and mental skills of the residents. We also have a part time activity co-ordinator who facilitates group and individual activity sessions.
We have a fortnightly visit from a hairdresser, and a varied activities program. We have a monthly communion service and all residents and their families are welcome to attend. Each Summer we hold a garden party and a traditional family pantomime at Christmas. Following a risk assessment families are welcome to take their relatives out on trips, for walks and to local places of interest.
