A warm welcome to Stobhill Care Home, Glasgow.
Our lovely, largely refurbished Stobhill Care Home is well-maintained and comfortable, with several lounges on both floors offering gorgeous views over the Campsie Fells.
Residents enjoy the nostalgia of Memory Lane - a room decorated in the style of the 1950s - and we have an in-house hairdressing salon so they can look their best. Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminiscence sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.
We pride ourselves on our garden, with its mature plants and patio area with raised beds, where green-fingered residents can enjoy helping out. We're developing this further to provide a sensory garden.
We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Stobhill Care Home. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
