You'll find Bamford Grange Care Home in the Adswood area of Stockport, Cheshire.

Here we have four dedicated units providing specialist nursing care to people with dementia, and to those with enduring mental health issues. We look to support residents in living as independently as possible.

Our home is situated close to Cheadle and Davenport, with shops, pubs and GP surgeries all close by. There are bus stops close at hand, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the local train station. We have car parking at the main entrance and a lovely garden at the back. Each unit has its own lounge and dining area, and bedrooms are spacious singles with en-suites. Each floor offers a choice of bathroom or shower.

Before becoming a resident at Bamford Grange our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new.

At Bamford Grange Care Home, the cost per week will depend upon a Care Needs Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. We are also are able to accept residents who are receiving Continuing Healthcare funding. Included in care types we can support are nursing care, respite care, dementia care & end of life care.
