Village Care provides domiciliary care and support for anyone over the age of 18 who requires assistance at home. We assist with all aspects of daily living from general housekeeping and companionship to managing personal care. Our purpose is to provide quality, reliable care and support to improve our Client’s quality of life and sometimes that of their family or loved ones too. Village Care services can cover a full spectrum of care and support needs, from general companionship and assistance with housekeeping or shopping to more specific tasks to assist with personal care and medication. Our fully trained and professional staff can be at hand when you need them whether that is for post-operative care, times when family are away to provide reassurance, or managing chronic conditions and even through to end of life support.
We deliver a standard of excellence within the Home Care sector to people who need assistance but wish to stay in familiar surroundings in their communities. All clients receiving our support are treated as individuals and receive a bespoke care package tailored to their specific needs, preferences and routine. This care plan is draw up with input from the Client, their family and where appropriate healthcare professionals, to ensure the Client’s needs are being met and all outcome goals are set, monitored and reviewed regularly.
