Resilience Healthcare

Resilience Care is a domiciliary care service delivering respite, nurse-supported, convalescent, companionship, specialist dementia and palliative care to clients of all ages and conditions. We provide domiciliary visits from trained home care assistants to clients with healthcare requirements, who want to live independently in comfortable and familiar surroundings.

Our highly trained, dedicated, compassionate carers provide personalised, one-to-one care and companionship. All our home care workers are trained to support a wide range of personal care services as decided by you, including housework, shopping, collecting prescriptions and administering medication.

We offer flexible home care services to respond to your changing priorities and needs whether that be a 20-minute visit or several hours of companionship or overnight care. Before homecare support starts, the care team works with the client to develop a personalised and flexible care plan detailing the care services required. This plan is regularly monitored and updated to accommodate any requests or changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Our experienced carers support each client to maintain their independence and lifestyle with activities inside the home or out in the community and can even help facilitate outings. Your carer has been trained to respect your home, belongings, lifestyle and choices without judgement. The highest level of care is delivered in a sensitive, person-centred way, taking account of circumstances, wishes and the priorities of the client, family and friends.
