All members of the Newcross Healthcare North Devon team are trained to support with a wide range of personal care services inclusive of: dressing and undressing, washing and bathing, shaving and grooming, incontinence care, eating and drinking, monitoring of nutrition and weight, support with prescribed medications, security and safety at home and hair and make-up.

In August 2020, our CQC interim report highlighted our branch’s successful handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to say that our service has remained 100% COVID-19 free and our team has gone above and beyond to ensure our clients and their families feel safe.

All of our clients have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the client's wishes. The care plan is always monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. To do this, we use the PASSsystem, creating a digital profile of each client and updating their notes in real-time. This offers clients and their families full visibility.
