Person-centred care is at the heart of what we do at Newcross Healthcare Herefordshire. We are happy to be able to provide home care for both adults and children with a range of needs such as behavioural, social or healthcare needs.

Our compassionate care team is led by nurses who are responsible for clinical decisions, and clinically trained care associates who manage the relationships between service users, staff, commissioners and Local Authorities.

All members of the team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

The care we provide is completely tailored to each client, bearing in mind their care requirements and their personal preferences. Person-centred care, after all, is what we do best! Each client’s care plan is constantly monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Using the PASSystem, we create a digital profile of each client to share with them and their loved ones for full transparency of care notes.
