At Newcross Healthcare Bristol & North Somerset, we work with private clients, case managers, local authorities and CCGs and take pride in providing reliable, person-centred care to individuals with a range of healthcare, social or behavioural needs.

Our Bristol & North Somerset branch is able to provide care to children, adults and the elderly. The services cover a whole range of care needs including stomas, PEG feeding, tracheostomy, end of life, airway management, spinal and head injuries, dementia, learning disabilities, autism and overnight care.
A member of our clinical team meets, greets and assesses the care needs of each client. This initial assessment allows the care manager to put a full care plan in place. To provide the highest standards of personalised care, we use the PASSsystem, creating a digital profile of each client and updating their notes in real-time. This offers clients and their families full visibility.
