Meadows Home Care is part of Southend Care’s Complex Intervention Service supporting people of all ages and conditions with respite, companionship, overnight, postoperative, specialist dementia and palliative home care. We enable our clients to live their life to the fullest at home in familiar surroundings where they are most comfortable.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and received an overall rating of "Outstanding" in our last inspection so you can rest assured that our regulated service offers highly experienced carers to provide the best care possible. Our dedicated carers prioritise peace of mind, independence and quality of life and liaise closely with healthcare professionals to cover all aspects of daily life.

Experienced carers work individually with each client to develop a unique, personalised, and flexible care plan that is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal preferences.
