Home Instead Cleveland provides person-centred home care services to our local community. Whether you need companionship or help with personal care, we can support you. We are delighted to be rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

All members of the Home Instead Cleveland Team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

Many things set us apart from other care providers such as: we turn up on time, our CAREGivers do not wear uniforms, our calls are a minimum of 1 hour and all of our staff are fully DBS checked and we require 6 references which are all professionally checked and validated.

Before becoming a client at Home Instead Cleveland our Management Team will have met the prospective client and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Manager to put a full Care Plan in place.
