Home Instead Basingstoke enables people to continue living more comfortably in their own homes.

We offer the communities of north Hampshire high quality, reliable and person-focused home care and live-in care services to support and enhance the lives of clients within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Our services can include companionship, home help, personal care, meal preparation, post-hospital care and specialised dementia care – but our objective is to respond to a client’s needs so as to support their ongoing independence at home and promote their dignity, rather than merely perform tasks. We want to build trusting relationships with clients and their families and provide a flexible and individualised service based on personal requirements and aspirations.

Our care professionals are chosen for their compassion, reliability and ethos, and are given high-quality training with ongoing professional development. We match our care professionals to our clients’ needs, introduce care professionals to clients before visiting commences, and provide continuity by providing care through a consistent small group of care professionals. Our care professionals carry ID but do not wear uniforms. Visits are for a minimum of an hour, allowing our care professionals time to get to know our clients and provide a genuinely sensitive service.
