We understand that some clients may have mixed emotions about accepting support, especially with ‘personal care’. Our Care Assistants undergo expert training which focuses on the delivery of respectful & dignified care in-line with the clients needs and wishes.

All members of the Heritage Healthcare Care Team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

We are committed to providing a service which is both discreet and professional. We work with our clients, their loved ones and, where relevant, external healthcare professionals, to create bespoke care plans, focused on the individual’s unique needs.
