Helping Hands Hereford is part of the Helping Hands group with over 30 years’ expertise offering respite, nurse-supported, companionship, specialist dementia and emergency care to clients of all ages and conditions. We supply dedicated hourly, overnight or live-in home care specialists to people with care needs, who want to live independently in comfortable and familiar surroundings.

Our two central services are live-in care or visiting care, at intervals chosen by you from as little as a 30-minute call once a week. Our home care service is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and means that you or your loved one will receive domiciliary care from a professional Carer who is on hand to help with all elements of daily living.

We support clients to maintain their independence and lifestyle with activities and hobbies inside the home or out in the community. Our care packages can be flexible as your requirements change, and we match you with a hand-picked carer best suited to your age, needs, personality and interests. Helping Hands carers liaise closely with healthcare professionals and are trained to be able to support with a wide range of personal care services extending from reminders to take medication to specialist support for complex conditions. Our experienced carers work individually with each client to ensure that personal interests and activities are encouraged and supported and even help organise outings.
