Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society Home Care

The Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society can provide home care to help people live independently. This is coordinated by one of our skilled registered managers, who provide a flexible 24-hour personalised care service, working with the Service User, their family and other agencies to provide the best outcomes.

Our dedicated carers provide help with daily life; help to get out of bed, get dressed, go to the toilet or showering – they are trained to support all of your personal care needs.

We provide all the support you need to take short breaks or longer holidays. We can help your family and carers to take a break; whether it’s just an afternoon a week, a short break or a long term holiday.

Furthermore, our staff can help prepare your meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. Care staff can provide support with different nutritional requirements and companionship during meal times.

Abbeyfield Wey Valley Society Home Care's hourly rate is dependant on the level of need of the client. If you have assets valued at less than £23,250, you will be eligible for Local Authority funding and we would be open to a conversation as to whether we can support you. We are able to provide care for people with a broad range of care requirements including, physical disabilities and respite care.
