Whetstone Grange in Leicester supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Whetstone Grange including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Our care focuses on maintaining people’s dignity and creating a warm homely environment where they feel a strong sense of belonging and enjoy a great quality of life.

All the residents at Whetstone Grange have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but recognises each person as a unique individual and addresses their own spiritual and physical needs, with both reassurance and support. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities at Whetstone Grange. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Our staff are provided with on-going opportunities for learning and development to ensure that the care we provide is not only the kindest possible, but is also delivered from a sound, professional knowledge base.
