Three Elms

Three Elms supports residents with residential, respite, day care, dementia and end of life care in a supportive and comfortable environment. Our wonderful team of carers are fully trained and committed to helping our residents maintain good health, dignity and respect.

At Three Elms, we offer friendship, choice, exceptional food and personalised social activities, with many opportunities to socialise in an assortment of day rooms and lounge areas. Our care home is furnished with large comfy seating, incorporating the latest in safety equipment, whilst preserving a home from home feeling.

Outside the home, beautiful gardens can be found with a large lawn, surrounded by trees. We have a sheltered wheelchair-accessible patio with many bird tables and feeders, providing wildlife entertainment for our residents.

All of our single bedrooms have en-suite facilities but there are also communal bathrooms with assisted baths and shower rooms on each floor of the home. There is a TV aerial socket in each room meaning that residents can bring a TV with them if they wish. We encourage our residents to make their bedrooms their own, making them as homely as possible.
