Sycamore Court

At Sycamore Court, we are a 40-bed house, each room with ensuite facilities, supporting nursing, residential care, and dementia care; committed to ensuring all our resident's personalised needs are met. Sycamore Court is set over three floors, accommodating different care requirements; each floor has a small lounge area for our residents to enjoy.

We have large open plan areas for our residents to socialise in, such as the communal sitting room, dining room, and even a cafe. We have a dedicated activities coordinator who creates daily activities that include all our residents, and they can even request activities that suffice their personal interests. Some activities include arts and crafts, exercise, dancing and music, film nights, etc. Residents can also relax and enjoy the garden and open terrace off the main lounge.

At Sycamore, we ensure it's a home-from-home feel and celebrate each of our resident's birthdays, special milestones, religious celebrations, and much more, giving a happy and fun atmosphere.

We have many different ways to support our residents living with dementia or who require support with their mental health. Such mediums include speech therapies, animal interaction, touch, sense, colours, music, and activities that can stimulate mental agility and provide positivity for our residents.
