Stockmoor Lodge in Somerset supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Stockmoor Lodge is a modern, purpose-built nursing home with specialist dementia care provision, located in the town of Bridgwater.

All the bedrooms at Stockmoor Lodge are well furnished, and residents are able to personalise their room if they wish and we encourage residents to make full use of communal areas, including lounges, the dining room, the hair salon, the coffee lounge and outdoor areas. The home is modern and comfortable, providing accommodation over three floors with lovely, far-reaching views of the countryside.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Stockmoor Lodge has a highly skilled and imaginative kitchen team who prepare excellent, wholesome meals each day, taking into careful account any special dietary requirements or personal preferences. Food is served in our tastefully decorated dining rooms, or in the residents’ rooms should they prefer.
