St Nicholas Residential Home is a friendly and inclusive care home conveniently located near to Sheringham’s famous seafront. We provide residential elderly and dementia care services for up to 39 service users with a range of needs.
We offer a comfortable and loving home, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of person-centered care to thirty-nine older people. Our carers provide full care twenty four hours a day. They are dedicated to caring for our residents with dignity, respect and compassion and to serving our residents’ social, physical, clinical and emotional needs.
Our staff are loyal and hardworking, ensuring a strong continuity of care for our residents and work to encourage independence and freedom of choice.
Our residents’ bedrooms are spacious and accessible, set over two floors and serviced by a lift. Whilst rooms are presented fully furnished to a high decorative standard, we encourage our residents to personalise their bedrooms as they wish.
All meals are prepared onsite using fresh ingredients. Menus are prepared and updated on a regular basis, in full consultation with our residents and their advocates. We are committed to ensuring that any dietary needs and preferences are met and that varied and nutritional meals are available to suit every cultural and personal choice.
St Nicholas Residential Home benefits from a diverse programme of activities, events and excursions. Strong community relationships ensure strong pastoral and religious support.
