St Helen's Care Home in Durham supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

The home is a purpose-built property with spacious, airy rooms, a beautiful enclosed garden and a bright, spacious conservatory where residents can relax and enjoy the warmth of their surroundings. Getting out and about around Bishop Auckland is easy too, as we're very close to local shops and transport links.

For our residents with dementia it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and helps them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. St Helen's is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

To find out more about the care provided at St Helen's then please get in touch. Our Home Manager or Administrator would be delighted to answer your queries and invite you to come and see us.
