Situated in Worthing, St Georges Lodge Care Home supports 26 residents with residential care in a warm & welcoming environment. Our core values are based on choice, fulfilment, privacy & dignity, individuality and responsibility.
All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are welcomed to make their own at St Georges Lodge Care Home. Whether a resident would like to hang photo frames on the walls or bring a piece of their own furniture from home, we will do our best to accommodate residents' wishes.
We provide a person-centred approach to care and each of our residents have their own unique care plan which has been tailored to their needs. We make time to get to know each of our residents and find out what their likes & dislikes and hobbies are.
At St Georges Lodge Care Home, we have a wonderful team of dedicated Carers who deliver an exceptional standard of care 24 hours a day. All team members receive ongoing training to ensure that they are fully equipped to meet the needs of each of our residents.
