A warm welcome to everyone visiting our website. St.Clements Nursing Home is a bespoke conversion specialising in delivering excellent person centred care for up to 25 residents with complex dementia and nursing care needs.

The house is situated in the leafy suburbs to the north of Norwich’s city centre. It is close to pretty St Clements Park and has plenty of pleasant communal areas and a well-maintained garden.

The home is also very close to bus and railway stations, parks and local shops. The house is set back from the road and the building itself presents an attractive frontage, behind which lies a spacious and loving home. Because of its emphasis on nursing and specialised dementia care, St Clements serves a wide community around the Norwich area.

St Clements has a mix of old and new architecture and when we refurbish the views of residents are taken into account. We also recommend that the residents make their room their own, with their own pictures, furniture and ornaments.

We have five shared rooms and fourteen single rooms at St Clements. The home is also very well appointed with large, comfortable communal areas with flat screen TVs. Residents also have independent access to a secure landscaped garden.

The home has been installed with electric and manual hoists, stand-aid hoists, a lift and bathing, shower and laundry facilities. We also provide call bells, assistive technology to prevent falls, door alarms, and specialised mattresses for pressure care.
