St Anthony's

St Anthony’s was once a family home that has been extended and upgraded to provide 21 fully furnished single rooms with washing facilities and specialised separate bathing facilities to cater for all needs. Residents are able to accessorise their rooms and create their own personalised living space by bringing in their own small items of furniture and cherished possessions.

We have a lovely garden and patio area which provides the perfect space to relax and to enjoy some gentle exercise. Friends and family are welcome to visit at any time and are invited to attend all our different events throughout the year.

Our Activity Co-ordinator provides a timetable of activities throughout the week including exercise sessions, art classes, flower arranging, reminiscence games, music therapy, pamper sessions, all sports and ongoing themed projects. Once a month we have a service here led by the Vicar of St Michael’s Church.

We have a fantastic Chef who cooks classic homemade traditional English meals with an emphasis on healthy eating. Staff provide three meals a day and the residents are given the personal choice as whether to dine in the dining room, the lounges or their rooms.
