Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood just north of Reading, our home boasts excellent transport connections, including a direct bus route and proximity to the train station, less than ten minutes away.

Our luxurious accommodation mirrors the ambience of a five-star hotel, featuring 86 spacious, open-plan studio apartments, beautifully designed communal areas, and carefully maintained gardens. Purpose-built with a full spectrum of care in mind, Signature at Caversham is designed to help residents maintain their independence with style and dignity.

All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. All rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings. Should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this.

Good nutrition and hydration are important parts of staying well as we age. Signature at Caversham is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

For our residents with dementia, it is really helpful if family members are able to support care staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and help them to share their life stories with staff and fellow residents.
