Roman Wharf Care Home

Centrally located in the West End of Lincoln, Roman Wharf is a newly developed and purpose built Nursing Home, offering 24 en suite rooms. We care for residents with dementia, nursing needs, respite, end of life care as well as residential users.

We understand one size does not fit all, so our highly skilled team strive to provide a flexible and personalised approach to care, ensuring all residents needs are met.

Our philosophy is to provide Person-Centred Care, where individuals needs and wishes are considered. Our staff strive to avoid the often institutional feel of other homes and focus on maintaining a flexible and individually specific approach to care.

It's a home not a house, so family and friends are always welcome. We have no restrictions on visiting hours and staff are always happy to provide refreshments and meals, so time spent together can be maximised and enjoyed.

Before becoming a resident at Roman Wharf our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
