Rathside Care Home

Rathside Care Home in Scunthorpe support residents with a wide range of healthcare needs. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.

At Rathside Care Home we encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

All the residents at Rathside Care Home have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Rathside Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Rathside Care Home. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.
