Situated in a pleasant residential area, Queens Court Nursing Home is purpose-built and carefully designed to support our residents to live happy, fulfilled and comfortable lives.
Located over two floors, our home includes light and airy, open plan lounge/diners as well as spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of communal spaces such as a bar, library, dementia-friendly garden room, hair salon, and activities room. Our landscaped gardens are wheelchair accessible and designed to be a welcoming place for people to relax on one of the patios complete with outdoor furniture, or to enjoy a spot of light gardening.
Supporting our residents to enjoy every day living at Queens Court is a key focus for our dedicated team. By getting to know each person, we are able to tailor our activities and events to their likes and dislikes as well as activities they may like to try.
In addition to keeping fit with our chair-based exercises, art therapy, quizzes and movie afternoons, we also take great pleasure in welcoming visiting entertainers, schools, nurseries, therapy animals and groups to our home to enjoy spending time with our residents.
We are proud of the high quality of our meals here at Queens Court which are carefully designed to be enjoyable whilst providing balanced nutrition to our residents. They are lovingly cooked and prepared by our in-house catering team and follow the seasons.
