The care home has been designed with caregiving in mind to guarantee that residents are comfortable and feel at home. We have an exceptional nurse-led team that provides first-class care to our residents 24 hours a day without fail. Oakdale's team pride itself on providing person-centred care to our residents.
Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.
Good nutrition and hydration are important parts of staying well as we age. Oakdale is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
