Manor House

Manor House Care Home provides residential and dementia care to a maximum of 37 residents in Birmingham. Specialising in the care of elderly people who are frail and require assistance and reassurance.

Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

We aim to enhance resident’s lives by ensuring there are plenty of activities on hand for them to partake in daily. Staying mentally and physically active is a key part of staying well as we age. Further to this we organise regular outings, the hustle and bustle of Birmingham city centre is only a short care journey away.

Manor House are extremely lucky to have a dedicated in-house Chef who ensures that residents nutritional and dietary requirements are met. Residents play an active role in meal planning and our Chef always makes sure special occasions are marked with sweet treats.

Before becoming a resident our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
