Lawnbrook Care Home in Southampton, Hampshire supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs by providing respite, residential, palliative, and dementia care. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals who liaise closely with healthcare professionals to cover all aspects of care 24-hours a day.

Our care home is located in a quiet residential street in the neighbourhood of Portswood in Southampton just minutes’ walking distance from local transport services and amenities on Portswood High Street. The home has many spacious areas for residents to relax or socialise with friends and relatives including an open plan interior, a small chapel and a garden so residents can enjoy the changing seasons.

Our experienced carers work individually with each resident to develop a unique, personalised, and flexible care plan to ensure that personal interests and activities are encouraged and supported. This care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal preferences.

All residents at Lawnbrook Care Home have private, en suite rooms which they are encouraged to make their own and personalise. We will do our best to accommodate any requests for personal items of furniture subject to passing health and safety regulations. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.
