Kathleen Chambers House, situated in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset provides residential care for up to 40 service users in a calm and caring environment.
At Kathleen Chambers House, all of our residents have their own bedroom with en-suite facilities and high-quality furnishings. We encourage residents to customise their bedrooms to their liking, making them feel as homely as possible. We support our residents with their wishes, whether it be to hang photo frames on the walls, or bring their favourite armchair!
We enjoy a daily activities programme at Kathleen Chambers House, organised by our Activities Coordinator. Careful consideration is taken to ensure that there is an activity for everyone to enjoy and participate in. Regular appearances on the calendar are gardening, sing-alongs, bingo and flower arranging.
All the residents at Kathleen Chambers House have their own unique care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
