Hazel End Care Home

Hazel End Care Home in Bishop’s Stortford opens in December 2019 and has all the finishing touches you would expect from a warm and welcoming home, with luxurious social spaces, attractive décor and secure gardens. All 66 bedrooms are en-suite, allowing us to deliver person-centred care in a dignified manner, while still promoting independence as far as possible.

Well-being means experiencing an overall feeling of happiness and satisfaction with life. It is achieved by being able to do all the things that please you.

At Hazel End Care Home we aim to enhance well-being by discussing and arranging a personal activity plan with every resident that will help them to stay physically active and mentally stimulated. We also encourage every resident to stay connected with their loved ones and their social activities outside the home, as well as to make new friends within it.

We have a packed activities calendar that is sure to suit all tastes and abilities. It's important to us that our residents maintain their health as well as their sense of fun. Trips, outings and activities are arranged regularly at Hazel End Care Home. We enjoy keeping our residents busy, so there's always something interesting going on such as theatre trips, shopping excursions and day trips to interesting places.
