Hartwell Lodge Care Home

Homely Hartwell Lodge is only half a mile from Fareham town centre yet it is set in secluded grounds in an exclusive residential area. We are within easy access of Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. All rooms have modern en suite facilities, a nurse call system and TV and some of the downstairs rooms have access directly onto the patio. There is a choice of a ‘quiet lounge’ and a busier communal lounge to suit everyone. The busier lounge often has live entertainment or activities being held. We also have a lovely, bright dining room which is normally the setting for our daily ‘Board Games Club’.

Our aim is to provide a homely and caring environment whilst providing an excellent standard of care. We understand that choosing the right care home is a big decision and one that should be made with assistance from relatives and loved ones. We encourage prospective residents and family members to assist in visits to ensure they feel comfortable in our home.

At Hartwell Lodge, we firmly believe that the body and the mind are very closely linked and that keeping the body active, even for those who are perhaps less agile than they once were, can also do wonders for their state of mind.
