Diamond House Care Home in Leicester supports up to 74 residents with residential care and dementia care in a calm and friendly environment. We adopt a person-centred approach and tailor our care to each of our residents' needs.
We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Diamond House including day rooms, the hairdressing salon and our secure gardens. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content.
At Diamond House, we have 44 en-suite bedrooms in the main home and 30 bedrooms in our Sapphire Unit, a purpose-built dementia care unit that was introduced in March 2020.
All the residents at Diamond House have their own personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account both the care needs and the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
